Return Policy
At Awesome Sports, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in 'as new' and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. Undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. 

Returns
For credit or return for exchange be sure to keep your freight receipt until credit is issued, as Awesome Sports reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Unfortunately we are unable to refund freight costs on your return unless the error was ours. However if you are returning an item because of an error we made please call us at +64 21 2385489

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size - Awesome Sports will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will be charged the cost of freight for the replacement product being sent back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
For goods not manufactured by Awesome Sports, the warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods. Awesome Sports shall not be bound by nor be responsible for any term, condition, representation or warranty other than that which is given by the manufacturer of the goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
